PHIL GOEDECKE
Twenty-five years in the finance industry has taught Phil Goedecke the importance of providing exceptional customer service. “I have been planning financial strategies for clients since 1995. It has really become important to me to help them find satisfactory solutions to financial situations. I offer flexible appointment hours and arrangements to help facilitate this.”
Budget planning is one of Phil’s key strengths. “I have helped many clients successfully negotiate financial struggles and make some of life’s big purchases,” he says. As a professional financial counsellor, Phil is in a unique position to enjoy helping people from all walks of life. “I am particularly committed to helping first-home buyers save deposits for their homes.”
Phil has focussed on strengthening inter-office supports. “Our clients deserve prompt, efficient service at a time which is convenient for them. I’m contactable any time up until 10pm, but if for some reason I am unavailable, I have worked to ensure that any staff member can pick up a clients file and answer queries at any time.”
Outside of working hours, Phil enjoys watching his kids play sport, having a hit of golf and developing his appreciation for fine wines.

JEANETTE MUNRO
As an accredited member of the Finance Brokers Association of Australia, Jeanette Munro is bound by industry codes to provide straight answers about financial products. “I’m always upfront and accountable with my clients which I believe gives them peace of mind that they are getting the best product for their circumstances,” says Jeanette
Jeanette has an excellent grounding in all aspects of credit lending. She worked as a credit manager for seven years, assessing applications and managing accounts. She has been overseeing her clients’ financial affairs since 2001, negotiating with creditors, providing support and restructuring their finances.
With Certificate III in Mortgage Lending reinforcing her practical experience, Jeanette is equipped to offer flexible solutions to her clients’ financial needs. “I can liaise with lenders and negotiate with creditors to take a client from the initial interview through to settlement,” she says.
Exceeding expectations through customer service is Jeanette’s strength. “I make appointments to suit my customers, any time, at the office or in their home. I inform them throughout every step of the loan process, and I’m on hand to provide them with plenty of guidance afterwards.”
Outside of office hours, Jeanette likes to relax with her family, spend time in the garden, and walking her dog along the beach.
