At BEAT Home Loans we want to make it as simple as possible for you to get the best home loan for your circumstances. Whether it’s our RateBEATer, BEAT Free, Fixed Rate or Low Doc home loan, we’re sure we have the right product for you.
How it’s done: 4 easy steps:
Step 1: Looking for a home loan to purchase a property, investment or looking to refinance? Great, contact us by calling 03 8635 8600, locate your local BEAT store or fill out our contact form opposite.
Step 2: A BEAT representative will assess your situation within minutes. If you qualify for one of our competitive loans, you will have the option to complete an application over the phone, visit one of our offices or arrange a time for a BEAT representative to visit you.
Step 3: A BEAT representative will arrange a valuation and verify that the information is complete and correct, at no cost to you.
Step 4: Congratulations! You now have an incredibly low rate BEAT home loan.

No, we do not offer short term or honeymoon rates.
No, we currently only offer home loans for established properties.

You may be required to pay government charges and fees as well as break costs from your current lender. Check with your lender or review your loan document for more information.

Yes, it may be possible, depending on your circumstances.
Final approval is possible once your paperwork is checked, verified, assessed and your property has been valued. BEAT can generally provide a formal approval when purchasing a new property within a few weeks once we have received all the paperwork. Refinancing can sometimes take longer as this involves liaising with your existing lender.
Yes. You have the option to make your loan repayments by direct debit or salary deduction.
Once you settle
You can apply for a Visa debit card with the RateBEATer, BEAT Free or Low Doc home loan. Contact us on 03 8635 8600 and our Customer Service team will help you with your application.
BEAT customers can make extra repayments on their RateBEATer, BEAT Free and Low Doc home loans. Additional repayments on the Fixed Rate home loan may be subject to break costs.
If you are having trouble making your repayments it is important that you call us as soon as possible on 03 8635 8600 to discuss your situation.
This is assessed on a case by case basis. We need at least 24 hours' notice to stop or change a payment.
Yes, you can register for BEAT Online by calling Customer Service on 03 8635 8600 and selecting option 2. Once you are registered, you will be provided with an account number and temporary PIN.
